Released in September of 1968, a Happening in Central Park is the first live album by Barbra Streisand. It was recorded live in Central Park in New York City on June 17, 1967 in front of an audience of 135, 000 people then later broadcast to an audience of 20 Million viewers over CBS TV on September 15, 1967.
