2017 release, the second album from the singer/actress best known for her work on the TV show Glee. Recording for the album began in April 2015. Shortly into the recording process, Michele stated that the album will be less pop-influenced than her debut, and will go back to  her roots” with a more theatrical sound. The title Places references the showtime call of “places” when working in live theater.
